DAY 1: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL – CU CHI TUNNELS (B)
Flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival Tan Son Nhat International Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting outside and holding the Halu Vietnam Tours signboard with your name on it.
The driver will transfer you to the hotel, check in early and take a rest.
12:00 PM. Lunch time!
13:00 PM. We will visit Cu Chi Tunnels. (GROUP TOUR).
The trip to Cu Chi will take you an approximately one and a half-hour bus drive. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel system which include special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for the security purpose during the war. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerrillas’ food during the war) will be served. Drop you off at hotel and free time at night.
DAY 2: MEKONG DELTA – FLIGHT TO DA NANG – PICK UP (B – L)
(My Tho – Ben Tre Island GROUP TOUR)
Leaving Ho Chi Minh City – Then taking two hours driving down to My Tho.
Arrive in My Tho, then taking a sampan cruising along the tributaries of the Mekong River Delta for a close-up view of local life. Wandering through Islands and orchards where you can taste some of a huge variety of tropical fruits and listening traditional music.
Having a local lunch and then riding bicycle around local village. Taking sampan back to harbor for two hours driving back to Ho Chi Minh City around 17:00 PM.
Flight to Da Nang.
DAY 3: DA NANG – BA NA HILL – GOLDEN BRIGDE 1 DAY (B – L)
07:30 – 08:00 AM. Our Minivan and a tour guide pick you up at the hotel lobby. Reach Ba Na Hills via Cable Car.
Spend your time on the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and see the panorama of Quang Nam – Danang City on high.
After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge – which has the most exotic structure and also the world’s most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’amourn(consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.
Continue the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village – enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue, Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome …Challenge the most popular adventure ride – Slide of Tube Car (free ride)…
Lunch at Restaurant (Buffet).
Take the Lava Train from Sun Kingdom to many new attractions for check-in such as Helios waterfall, Time Gate, and The Moon Kingdom …Join in Fantasy Park by Walking in Fairy Forest, discovering Dinosaur Park, playing 5D wild west, enjoying 4D death race ride, watch 3D mega 360 degrees, ride on Journey into the underground, enter Jurassic Park, challenge Freefall Tower and participate in an adventure in Horror House and over 90 free games.
15:00 PM. Return to the Cable Car for leaving Ba Na Hills.
16:45 – 17:45 PM. Our minivan brings you back to your hotel. Tour ends.
DAY 4: HOI AN – CHAM ISLAND 1 DAY TOUR (B – L)
07:30 – 08:30 AM. Pick up at hotel to Cua Dai harbour.
08:30 AM. Relaxing in fresh cool wind , you will enjoy the beautiful landscape on a speed boat to Cham Island.
09:00 AM. Arriving at Lang Beach.Visiting the Marine Protected Area, The Boat Shelter, Hai Tang pagoda, Traditional fishing Village.
10:00 AM. Swimming and snorkeling.
11:30 AM. Staying at Bai Ong ecological zone or Bai Chong beach, swimming, taking time to enjoy a sea food lunch.
14:00 PM. Packing luggage for return trip.
Seeing you off at your hotel and finish your trip.
DAY 5: CAM THANH ECO VILLAGE – FLIGHT TO HANOI – PICK UP (B – L)
For being a fisherman at Cam Thanh Eco Water Coconut Village, you will enjoy experiences from learning traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past war
On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnamese. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities that are fun, safe, and interesting to people all of the ages.
9:00 AM. The local guide picks you up at your hotel lobby and transfers you to Cam Thanh fishing village.
9:30 AM. Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, meet local fishermen and experience the daily life.
10:00 AM. Take a bamboo basket boat on the Cam Thanh water coconut forest and have a brief introduction to the history there.
11:00 AM. Join local fishermen on the river and enjoy the hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing.
- Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat race.
- Explore the now peaceful coconut waterways of a past war.
- Go catch the crabs
- Return fisherman’s house for a welcome drink.

DAY 6: HANOI – CITY TOUR (B – L)
GROUP TOUR.
In the morning:
We pick you up at your hotel from 8 – 8:45 AM. We start to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house – where Uncle Ho lived and worked from 1958 to 1969, then visit Ho Chi Minh Museum where tourists will learn about his devotion for Viet Nam. We continue our trip to Tran Quoc pagoda, Budhist relics and national heritage, lying on one side of West Lake.
Then we’ll proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum. We can find out the diversity of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam Ethnology Museum, which is both a research centre and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Viet Nam
12h00: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon:
We drive to Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam, which is considered to be the first university in Viet Nam. It is an ancient architecture, built with fairly big scale that still exists until present time in Ha Noi capital. Van Mieu (Temple of Literature) had been built in October 1073 to worship Confucius, the founder of Confucianism and the Chu Van An – headmaster of Quoc Tu Giam (Imperial College) – representing for the high moral philosophy and ethics of Vietnamese education. We drive back to Hoan Kiem legend lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple which worship Van Xuong saint and Tran Hung Dao former general commander. We also know about the Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake. Tour ends.
DAY 7: HANOI – NINH BINH (HOA LU – TRANG AN – MUA CAVE) (B – L)
7:15 – 7:45 AM. You are picked up at your hotel to get to Ninh Binh in the morning.
10:20 AM. Get welcome drink on your arrival in Hoa Lu district where including a rich history and culture. Take a short rest then go to Mua Cave.
10:40 AM. We transfer you to Mua Cave by our tourist bus, or another way is taking a bike, you will have a chance of cycling through villages in Ninh Binh, looking around about local life.
Time Arrive at Mua cave, start climbing almost 500 stone steps to reach at the top of Mua cave. Feel the fresh air and admire a panoramic view of beautiful Tam Coc.
12:20 – 12:30 PM. Have a buffet lunch at local restaurant and relax.
13:15 – 13:45 PM. Go to Hoa Lu ancient capital, a very important relic of Viet Nam in the past. Here you will learn about the formation of the first capital located in Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh. Know about special and unique architecture appearing in some famous temple of King Dinh and King Le who made a big contribution to an ancient land.
14:30 PM. This is a highlight of the trip, take a boat tour from Trang An wharf is an satisfying experience you must do in Ninh Binh. Being on your rowing bamboo boat to explore many grottos with beautiful stalactites, see around wonderful landscapes of Trang An Tour.
17:20 PM. Trip ends, return to Hanoi.
19:00 – 19:25 PM. Drop you off in at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter Center and say goodbye.
DAY 8: HANOI – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY (B – L – D)
08:30. Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.
12:00 PM. Arriving at Tuan Chau marina, transferred by cruise. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction.
13:00 PM. A special lunch in Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites are served while sailing through Islets of Con Vit.
15:30 PM. The Cruise sails through Lan Ha Bay. The area is surrounded by extraordinary limestone karsts landscapes. We progress to the Ong Cam Area of Lan Ha Bay – a separate part of Ha Long bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam, enjoy kayaking and/or enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Bay.
17:30 PM. Back to Cruise, drop anchor for staying overnight. Enjoy the complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruits.
19:00 PM. Dinner is served in the restaurant. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. After dinner, retire to your cabin or join the fishing excursion, watch a movie, have a drink at the bar, wifi access or play exciting games. Overnight on board.
DAY 09: DARK & BRIGHT CAVE – HALONG BAY – HANOI (B – L)
06:00 AM. Enjoy sunrise and admire the never ending miraculous scenery of the Bay. Practice an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
07:00 AM. Light breakfast, coffee and tea served.
08:00 AM. Visit Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.
09:15 AM. Back to our cruise, relax before checking out.
10:15 AM. Join a cooking demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.
10:45 AM. Lunch is served on board.
12:00 PM. Disembark at the Tuan Chau marina by tender. Take our shuttle bus to return to Hanoi.
15:00 – 15:30 PM. Arrival back at your hotel or home.
When you back from the tour, the bus drop you off at the hotel.
DAY 10: FREE TIME – CHECK OUT – AIRPORT DROP OFF (B)
12:00 PM. Check out.
14:00 PM. Transfer to the airport.
